Join to cross-train, recover from your training, work on anaerobic fitness and endurance. We empower you with enough knowledge about your body to help you filter out the noise around fitness and create a training program that works for you.
Whether you have clear fitness goals or not, we help you keep on discovering your body strength and resilience!! 💪
Our Fitness Flow classes are open for all levels ( Beginners to Advanced ) and available for all ages above 12. You will be allotted a batch according to your current goals and abilities.
It is a great class for dancers, martial artists, athletes like swimmers, sprinters, football players, and others who want to cross-train once or twice a week.
We have some standard programs which you can choose to focus on:
  • Enhance Program for Athletes who want to want to improve agility, flexibility and recovery
  • Flexibility Class
  • Mobility Program
  • Posture correction Program for relief from porr desk posture and standing posture
  • Ballet-based Barre program for adult Ballet dancers and Ballet enthusiasts
  • Alignment correction and strengthening for dancers of different forms
  • Dance Program to improve endurance and agility
  • Dance Fitness 101 Program which combines dance forms Jazz, latin, Bollywood and Bhangra for people who want to break a sweat, have fun while learning to dance and also manage their weight

    Priming Dance

    We offer dance classes for kids and adults in Ballet, Bharatanatyam and Bollywood Jazz. We customize corporate wellness workshops and offer a Pan India wedding choreography service. Our classes run in the online, offline and hybrid mode in group batches and personal training sessions.
